The legal basis for the collection and processing of your personal data is that you have given your consent or that it is our legitimate interest to do so, as without it we could not supply you with our services. Your rights and freedoms are not prejudiced by this. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time. If you do, it will not affect the lawfulness of any processing for which we had consent before you withdrew it.

Keeping your personal data
We maintain your data on our system for one year after non-renewal of your membership. If we are informed you have no further need of our services your data will be deleted immediately.
