The safety of our members and staff is our top priority. We have worked very hard to ensure that we comply with all the governments Covid-19 safe practices recommendations. All our drivers wear suitable face coverings, and our vehicles have been modified to ensure that safe distancing is in place. 

Don’t worry, it is easy!  If you are happy using a computer then please just download and fill in an individual or group membership application form from the MEMBERSHIP page from the main menu above and send it to us with your annual membership fee, and we’ll set it up for you. Once you receive our confirmation letter you will be able to start getting out and about. 

FEES (FROM APRIL 2020) AS FOLLOWS:

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Individual membership £10.00 (PAID ANNUALLY)

Individual Minibus bookings – £3.50 for up to two miles, then £1.05 per mile up to 15 miles (please contact the office for cost of trips over 15 miles)

Hospital Car bookings – £5.00 minimum charge, then £0.45 per mile paid to the driver for all miles over 11

FOR GROUPS

Group Membership £20.00 (PAID ANNUALLY)

Please contact the office with details of your travel – your fares will be calculated on request.

We will arrange a convenient pick up time with you and sort out any other necessary details.

Absolutely YES we can! We help people with all kinds of disabilities. We pick you up from your front door and deliver you directly to your destination in safe, wheelchair accessible vehicles. When you register for membership we will ask you about your travel and equipment needs.

Yes you can, just let us know when you book. If you need to travel with someone else, or have a guide dog. Please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

You can use our services for any kind of appointment: to meet with friends, do your shopping, go to the hairdresser…we are here to help you to get out and about.

Don’t worry, we can take your details over the telephone and file them safely at our offices. Please just call us on 01371 875787 and we will sort it all out for you.

All our drivers wear a special badge which carries our logo, their name, and our charity number details. If you have any worries at all, just give us a call. Our drivers have all been DBS checked to ensure that they have no criminal history.

Yes of course. A friend or family member can make an application on your behalf, and make bookings for you thereafter. We will keep their contact details securely on file in case we need to get in touch.
